Cleanliness was exceptional and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The pools were clean and never overcrowded. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, even offering to help with printing and taking my husband to a nearby pharmacy free of charge. The location was perfectly situated near Rawai Beach, where I could find cheap and delicious fresh seafood. Additionally, there was a shopping mall nearby that provided convenient access to various amenities.
